Since 1928, the Fédération des harmonies et des orchestres symphoniques du Québec (FHOSQ) has been promoting amateur music-making and ensuring its long-term vitality by bringing together ensembles from across the province. The Federation organizes flagship events such as the Festival des harmonies et des orchestres symphoniques and provides a wide range of support services to its members. FHOSQ is a non-profit organization and a proud partner of Quebec’s ministère de la Culture et des Communications.
